Purchasing a coaching package reserves the number of sessions included in your package; it does not automatically reserve specific dates or appointment times. Appointment availability is first-come, first-served and cannot be guaranteed until a session has been scheduled and confirmed.
Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions within the recommended program cadence. We strongly encourage package clients to schedule appointments as early as possible to secure preferred dates and times.
If a client delays scheduling and preferred appointment times are later booked by other clients, Olive Branch Life Coaching & Counseling Services, LLC™ is not responsible for the loss of preferred scheduling availability, and a refund will not be issued solely because the client did not timely schedule available sessions.
A scheduled appointment reserves time specifically for that client and prevents another client from using that appointment period.
If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment and does not cancel or reschedule according to the applicable cancellation policy, the appointment will be considered a no-call/no-show.
A no-call/no-show appointment:
Clients who experience an emergency or extraordinary circumstance are encouraged to contact Olive Branch as soon as reasonably possible. Any exception is determined according to the applicable written policy and case-by-case circumstances.
By purchasing services and scheduling appointments, the client acknowledges responsibility for keeping track of their own scheduled appointments, maintaining current contact information, requesting scheduling assistance when needed, and complying with the applicable cancellation and rescheduling policy.
