12 Free Pro Se / Legal Advocacy Coaching Sessions

Have you felt ignored, dismissed, or left in the dark by an attorney who was supposed to fight for you?

The “We’ll Do What They Didn’t™” Program from Olive Branch Life Coaching & Counseling Services, LLC™ was created for family court litigants who were not properly advocated for — and are ready to stand up, get organized, and move forward with clarity.

This limited-time offer provides up to 12 free coaching sessions focused on pro se / legal advocacy education, support, and empowerment so you’re no longer walking into court alone, confused, and unheard.

What This Program Is

"We’ll Do What They Didn’t™" is a coaching and advocacy education program, not therapy and not a law firm service.

Through one-on-one coaching sessions, we will:

• Help you get organized (timelines, records, evidence, communications, etc.)
• Support you in clarifying your goals for your case and your family
• Teach you how to communicate more effectively in court-related settings
• Help you prepare questions for your attorney or the court
• Offer faith-forward encouragement and mindset support so you don’t lose yourself in the process

You’ll also gain guided access to select Olive Branch tools such as:

• Attorney Pattern-of-Failure Tracker™
• What To Say vs What Not To Say in Court™
• Court Day Phrase Cheat Sheet™
• Other supportive planning sheets and advocacy resources as appropriate.

Who Is Eligible?

• This pilot round of the “We’ll Do What They Didn’t™” Program is limited and local. To qualify, you must:
• Live in or have an active or recent family court case in ________ County, Ohio
• Have been involved in a family court matter (custody, visitation, parenting time, modifications, etc.)

+ Have had an attorney within the past 12 months who:

• Failed to file motions
• Did not communicate or respond reasonably, or
• Otherwise failed to advocate effectively on your behalf
• Be seeking coaching and self-advocacy support, not revenge or harassment
• Be willing to complete the intake form, waivers, and attorney pattern-of-failure questions honestly
• Agree to respectful, non-threatening communication in all sessions

* Priority is given to the first 20 eligible ______ County, Ohio applicants who fully complete the intake and agree to program guidelines.

What You Receive

Eligible participants will receive:

• Up to twelve (12) free coaching sessions
• Typically 45–60 minutes each
• Delivered virtually or by phone (as available)

Coaching focus may include:

• Organizing your documents and building a clear case timeline
• Preparing for hearings, meetings, or mediation
• Practicing grounded, clear language for court
• Creating questions to ask attorneys, GALs, or other professionals
• Strengthening emotional regulation and faith-based coping tools

Guided use of Olive Branch™ advocacy tools to track attorney patterns, protect your voice, and prepare your words for important days.

Program Guidelines & Rules

To keep this offer fair, safe, and effective, all participants agree to:

Coaching Only

Olive Branch Life Coaching & Counseling Services, LLC™:

• Is not a law firm
• Does not provide legal advice,
• Does not provide legal representation.

This program offers education, organization, communication strategies, and emotional/spiritual support, not legal directives.

No Therapy or Diagnosis

• Olive Branch is currently in a soft-launch phase and is only providing coaching services.
• We do not provide counseling/therapy, mental health diagnosis, or clinical treatment at this time.

Intake & Waivers Required

    You must complete:

• The online interest / intake form
• Any necessary waiver or consent forms before scheduling your first session.
• Any other required forms will be provided.

Attendance & Scheduling

• Show up on time for scheduled sessions.
• Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule when possible.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in your spot being offered to another participant.

Use of Information

• Resources are for your personal use in your own case.
• Materials may not be resold, repackaged, or used to harass, stalk, or threaten any party.

Safety & Respect

• No threats, hate speech, or harassment will be tolerated.
• If at any time safety concerns arise, Olive Branch reserves the right to end coaching.

Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are kept private within Olive Branch, except where law requires reporting (for example, risk of harm to self/others, abuse, or court orders).

How Long Will This Offer Run?

Enrollment for the current “We’ll Do What They Didn’t™” cohort closes January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Intake applications and signed waivers must be submitted by the deadline to receive the 12 free pro se coaching sessions. Eligible applicants after capacity is reached or after the deadline will be placed on a waitlist for the next cohort. Olive Branch reserves the right to limit participation to the first 20 qualified applicants. 

How to Apply

1. Complete the online “We’ll Do What They Didn’t™” interest form (linked on this page).

2. Olive Branch will review your responses for eligibility.

3. If selected, you’ll receive:

• A welcome email or text,
• Your waiver/consent forms, and
• A link to schedule your first session.

4. Once everything is signed, we begin your 12-session journey — focusing on your voice, your documentation, your peace, and your future.
