Megan Lamm
My name is Megan Lamm, and I am the founder and CEO of Olive Branch Life Coaching & Counseling Services, LLC™. Olive Branch was born out of the hardest chapters of my life—years of family trauma, family-court battles, health struggles, and feeling completely unheard in systems that were supposed to protect us.
I have a B.A. in Psychology, training in health and wellness coaching, and more than sixteen years of leadership and management experience in both the private sector and federal service. Professionally, I’ve supported families, processed government paperwork, and learned how systems operate from the inside. Personally, I’ve had to navigate those same systems as a mother, survivor, and advocate.
I’ve lived Romans 8:28 in real time—trusting that God can work all things together for good, even when it looks like everything is falling apart. I’ve clung to Isaiah 54:17, knowing that no weapon formed against me will prosper, even when the weapons were words, reports, or court orders.
Over the years, I’ve:
- Survived long-term abuse and emotional warfare
- Fought for my children in courtrooms that didn’t want to listen
- Learned how to advocate for myself and my children when no one else would
- Lost 76 pounds and reversed multiple health concerns through lifestyle change and mindset work
- Turned my pain, my patterns, and my faith into a mission to help others do what no one did for me

My mission through Olive Branch is faith forward empowerment for families, leaders, and communities—so that people who were silenced, minimized, or misunderstood can stand, speak, and protect what matters most.
